Camden Futures is a partnership of local voluntary organizations which has been awarded £900,000 by Big Lottery to deliver improved, joined up support for local families with complex and multiple needs. The funding is for services to be delivered over three years from April 2012 to March 2015.
Camden is one of only 26 local authority areas across Great Britain receiving grants from the Big Lottery Improving Futures Fund.
