Learning and Participation Programme Manager
Elfrida Rathbone Camden is seeking to integrate and develop its services to better meet the needs of our disabled service users and is looking for a Learning and Participation Programme Manager to help us do this. The new post is an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact in a small but ambitious charity. It offers an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a new career challenge and with the energy and drive to shape ERC’s services for disabled people in North London.
The successful applicant will be experienced in working directly with:
- learners with mild-to-moderate learning difficulties, and/or
- young people or adults with other disabilities
The postholder will manage a small further education facility, training programmes and community projects. They will ensure that learning is accredited and that the support needs of individual service-users are met. The successful applicant will need the skills to fundraise for new services and to engage with commissioners and stakeholders to support service development. They will have experience of successfully managing change and building a cohesive staff team.
Even in the current climate of restricted resources they also need to be able to enjoy the challenges and responsibilities of developing integrated services within the voluntary sector.
